That's the most asked question we got from the buyers.
Tien-i, as the socket maker since 2004, we have invested the new machines, tooling, and new ERP system in our strategic sub-contractors which we work together for decades. In this way, we can supply the most sizes of socket from 1/4” drive to 2-1/2” drive, from inch to mm, from short to long, from ANSI to DIN/ISO, which in total is around thousand sizes. To produce all sizes in house would not be economical choice.
And we do position ourselves as the impact socket maker because from material we buy from CSC (Taiwan no.1 quality steel supplier), control all the production process with our subcontractors one by one, do R&D drawing and QC step by step, and make the new design deliverable. That’s why we have supplied to several professional brandse.

Salt Spray Machine to test the quality of surface treatment.

Hardness test Machine to measure the hardness of componets (HRC).
Optical Projector to measure the precise dimension in um level.
Measure the spec in different angle and depth by gague and caliper.
Complete sizes gauge for differnt shape and profile for tools from hex, torx, spline..etc. The right specification according to ASTM, DIN, and ISO standard.
